CANCELLATION POLICY

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee and future appointments may require a deposit.
15-MIN LATE POLICY
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your pets' groom, reschedule the appointment, or cancel the service if there is insufficient time. A late fee may apply.
